EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Return :

No Returns, because we allow our customers to open and check the parcel at the time of delivery. This ensures full transparency and customer satisfaction. Once checked, returns are not accepted.

Exchange we do offer an under the following conditions:

Defect or there is a size mismatch that was not identified at the time of delivery, the customer can request an exchange.
Customer will pay Rs. 300 delivery charges for exchange.

Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
