We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our parcel policy.

Previously, we allowed parcels to be opened and checked before payment to build your trust. However, due to misuse of this facility, we have faced serious issues and losses. In some cases, items were replaced or mishandled at the time of delivery.

Because of this, we are no longer offering the “open before payment” option.

From now on, all parcels must be received and paid for before opening. To maintain transparency, all dresses will be packed in see-through flyers so you can clearly view your ordered article without opening the parcel.

We assure you that every order is properly checked and carefully packed before dispatch, so you receive exactly what you ordered.
