EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns, as we offer our customers the opportunity to open and inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. This ensures full transparency and customer satisfaction.
β Once the item is checked and accepted at delivery, returns are not allowed.
Exchange Policy:
We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The product is defective, torn, or there is a size mismatch that was not noticed at the time of delivery.

The customer must request the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

No exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days.

The item can only be exchanged with another product from the same category.
